Our customers are entitled to ask for a product or an order return within 10 days from the date of delivery, unless it is stated differently at the product's page.

The customer logs in his account, clicks on the "Return requests" of the left menu "My account", fills and send us the electronic form. We check his request and if the following prerequisities are satisfied we issue a return confirmation. For the return confirmation, it may be asked from the customer to send us some proof of the reason of return like photo of destroyed packaging, receipt of the delivery date or others.

The returns are divided in two categories:

1. Return of a product or order and replacement.
This process is valid for the following reasons: manufacturer defect, wrong item delivered, damaged during shipping.

2. Return of a product or order and money reimbursement.
This process is valid only during the return period and only if the initial packaging has not been opened.

- Freight charges are borne by the customer.

- In the case of return to us without our prior notification and issue of a return confirmation or in the case of not fulfilment of the above prerequisities, the product or order is being sent back again to the customer with his charge of transportational fees.
